I truly enjoyed my stay at Inn By The River. The room was comfortable, with a cozy atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The view of the Kennebec River was simply spectacular, and the meals—especially the homemade corned beef hash for breakfast—were delightful and well-prepared.

The lack of closet space in the room was a hassle!!! A small room with soft bedding may not be ideal for everyone!!! Not impressed with the restaurant service timing. it feels poorly managed!!!

the room was way too small, especially with no closet for my bags. also, don’t get me started on the restaurant service, we waited 40 minutes for nothing, not even a warning. as a guest, woould've loved some complimentary gesture for all the inconvenience. just couldn’t bring myself to give a good review with these issues.

It was just a good match for a weekend respite in The Forks with good value for cost. The jacuzzi tub in the room was a nice touch after a long day. Try to arrive early to snag a good parking spot.

The room was awesome with air conditioning, a whirlpool tub, and a cute balcony. Super comfy bedding, and the decor had a cozy vibe. Plus, the view of the river was killer! Relaxing by the fire pit in the evening was pure bliss. Enjoyed the scrumptious dinner. Can’t wait to come back!
